Deposits are required for all hair services. Deposits will be used towards your total service amount the day of the booked service.

 

Deposit policy:

All deposits and services are completely non-refundable. Please note, deposits are one time transferable to a future date. Transfer request must be made 7 days prior to the appointment time with the same stylist and or artist.

Bridal Booking Disclaimer: All bridal Bookings are nontransferable/nonrefundable. For any further inquiries please contact management. All bridal bookings require a credit card on file, any cancellation and/or no-show same day, will result in a 100% charge of the bridal service amount. Disclaimer applies to all Bridal, Engagement and henna services.

Bridal Deposit for hair: $150

Bridal Deposit for makeup: $150

 

Tardiness Policy:

All clients receive a 15-minute grace period from the start of appointment time, failure to show up in time may result in rebooking and/or altering the service in the event of a service needed for that day specifically.
